Our story
Founded in 1992 by Matt Brown, Averiq Labs emerged as a technology pioneer with a vision to build software that transforms business. We have been driven by a long-term passion for innovation and a commitment to engineering excellence, delivering solutions that range from first-generation mobile applications to complex, large-scale systems for startups and Fortune 500 companies alike.

1992 – 2000
Averiq Labs is founded by Matt Brown in Silicon Valley, focusing on early mobile applications. The company quickly grows its client base and builds a core team rooted in trust, reliability, and long-term collaboration — many of whom remain with the company today.
2001 – 2010
Averiq expands internationally, opening development centers in Romania and Bulgaria. The company builds deep expertise in embedded systems, networking, and IoT — establishing these as core competencies through work with leading Smart Home and IoT companies.
2011 – 2020
Averiq accelerates global expansion with new centers in Ukraine and Vietnam, entering Automotive and Robotics. The company strengthens leadership in QA, blockchain, data science, and cybersecurity while creating the CTO Office.
2021 – Present
Averiq continues to scale with new centers in Poland and across Latin America, growing into a distributed team of 300+ specialists across three continents. We help clients modernize platforms and build products aligned with today's AI-focused era.
